  • Lead cross-departmental collaboration and communications support to align messaging, strengthen brand consistency, and extend NABC’s reach across platforms.

  • Produce and publish multi-channel communications content, including newsletters, news releases, and thought leadership storytelling features, leading editorial planning, interviews, stakeholder approvals, and distribution to amplify community voices and strengthen visibility.

  • Developed and launched the Black Canadian Learning & Transformation Institute (BCLTI) website (7 pages) and continue to maintain NABC’s full website, including content updates, page design, and cross-device testing to ensure a polished, accessible user experience.

  • Analyze performance metrics across key digital channels and deliver reports identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations that inform communications planning and campaign strategy.
